Technical Support Engineer

For our Customer Service team in Torun we are looking for a passionate person who wants to take an active part in : complex IT projects, automation daily routine tasks, understanding and creating documentation and many others. Our environment is highly professional, with a high degree of personal responsibility and freedom. We believe in empowering the talented people and steering actions towards automation.

As Technical Support Engineer your main responsibilities will include:

  • Solving customer incidents and requests during office hours
  • Learning and improving current processes by automating routine tasks
  • Work according instructions, creating and changing documentation
  • Internal communication and active co-operation with e.g. customer service, technical implementation and IT operations
  • Contribute to develop and improve our ways of working



  • Academic degree on ICT
  • Hands on IT experience
  • Experience of AIX / Windows operating systems
  • Scripting languages and ability to automate hectic routine work
  • Proficiency in English to be able to work with customers
  • Knowledge of IT or ITIL certificate as a plus
  • Interests in machine learning and robotics
