Strong expertise at the forefront of digitalization

Posti Messaging has grown its expertise over the decades from document scanning, archiving and printing services to digital data transfer, document management, invoicing and customer information services. We served our customers as a pioneer of multichannel invoice sending and receiving in the early 1990s. It was a natural progression from electronic invoicing processes to the 21st century of automation and digitalization.

Previously, the document sending services, collection services and digitizing services were owned by Posti Group’s subsidiary, OpusCapita. However, in 2018 these operations were transferred to Posti Messaging Unit which became part of the Posti Services offering. We focus on serving high volume invoice and document transaction customers. Our common goal is to help our customers in a transition to digital information management, invoicing, payment, information management and archiving.
